The room was spacious and stylish with a nice-sized bathroom and beautiful views of the castle.

The modern rooms come with nice views and cozy socks provided.

This place is clean, and the location in the city center is great and fabulous, with a savory breakfast served in a modern, spacious room featuring its bathroom with a fantastic shower.

The hotel had really helpful and attentive staff. The prime central location was right by Edinburgh Castle and other attractions. The nearby Cafe Andaluz had some great goodies and drinks.

Comfortable and tidy room with a modern bathroom. Great location near a Co-op Food store. It's a convenient 15-minute walk from the city center. 🏞️

Delicious breakfast with top-notch coffee and bacon 🥓, and a great location. The staff is very friendly, and the receptionist was particularly welcoming.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot close to numerous bars, cafes, and the airport tram.

We were offered a good service. New-fashioned room with castle view, pleasant staff — everything was great. Greatly enjoyed our tasty and marvellous breakfast with porridge and poached eggs, as for instance.  

1)no lift - though I understand its becouse of historical building. 2)I chose this guest house since we were 3 adults and the guesthouse has family room. I thought I had booked a 3 beds room but I found 1 of them was just a sofa bed and it was not properly made. I was told that they expected us to use just 2 double beds thats why they didnt make an additional bed. This really disappointed me...I booked the family room for us to stay confortably with 3 separate beds but they didnt understand it and even didnt ask us how we wanted to use the room. so poor... 3)heating system didnt work

Location overlooking castle right next to Princes St but in a street that was not noisy. Big comfortable room with great view in bay window. Breakfast

Street parking expensive 2 pound per hour but easy to find so best to leave the car behind. Hotel is on 3rd floor with no lift.

We loved our modern room overlooking the castle and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.
